Using our extensive experience to your advantage. We aim to make the informed selection of skin care products a matter of a few clicks. However if we have missed something that is important to you contact us.

We always strive to keep our customers happy so we are happy to hear your thoughts, observations comments and suggestions. As we are an on-line shop we prefer that you contact us by e-mail and please be patient with out reply. We aim to get back to you within 5 working days.

We aim to despatch within 3 working days of receiving your order and you should allow at least 5 working days for your delivery to arrive.

In an unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. If an item is out of the stock as part of an order of items we will send the remainder of your order and forward the out of stock item as soon as it becomes available.

Goods are sent within the UK only and are free delivery if over the value of £50. For orders under £50 there is a postage and packaging charge of £5.00 per package.
